Minimalist decor and neutral color palette make this space customizable for any project. Production office and hair/makeup rooms are available on site. MORE PROPERTY DETAILS The home features large windows and spacious open floor plans that soak the location with natural sunlight. The chef's kitchen is one of the key spaces at this residence showcasing a larger perimeter layout with contemporary style black cabinetry, extra large island, feature wall, luxury stainless steel appliances, and butcher's block style countertops. Next to the kitchen make your way into two uniquely stylized living areas. One larger area that features an all white open framed picture wall, a rearrange-able sectional couch, and a small bar area. The other living space offers a cozy reading nook, with statement wallpaper and lush greenery. Upper level features an enormous boho-chic master bedroom with polished laminate floors that becomes drenched in sunlight during the morning hours. Lower level can be staged to look like a small studio apartment with a modern couch, desk, and queen sized bed. There is street level garage access, 4-car driveway, limited street parking, and an amazingly plush green space in front of the house. The convenient location is a 3 minute drive from Walmart and Lowes- making your production runs faster and more efficient. Our onsite managers have 20+ years experience in television and digital production and come with a very amenable approach to making sure you are able to book with ease. Rates will adjust based on the accuracy of the details provided. Site Rep fee will automatically be added to any booking, along with a refundable security deposit.
