A1050 sq ft photography and film studio used mostly for photo shoots, podcast recording, and audio recording. The main warehouse is 750sq ft with a front lobby, a bathroom, and a back office that can be used for a green room, conference room or smaller more sound proof set. All furniture, screens, and equipment can be moved as needed. Sets may also be constructed, as long as they can be broken down and moved afterwards.
