Affordable Natural Light Creative Studio

About the Space

Bright, affordable 700 sq ft natural-light creative studio located in Queens, ideal for photography, video, editorial, small commercial shoots, interviews, and content production. The studio features south-facing windows with beautiful all-day natural light, a flexible open layout, kitchen area for staging or catering, Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and a comfortable seating area. The space is easy to work in and well-suited for small, respectful crews. Access & logistics: The building and studio doors are accessed via keypad. A studio key is provided via lockbox for the duration of the booking. Guests will retrieve the key on arrival and return it to the lockbox at wrap each day. Freight elevator: A freight elevator is available for load-in Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. The freight elevator does not operate on weekends. Outside of these hours, access is via stairs only. Please plan equipment and load-in accordingly. Studio use: The kitchen and common studio amenities are available for use. If you’d like to use any tools or equipment in the studio, please check with the host — happy to accommodate when possible. Otherwise, furniture and items should remain in their original setup. This is a well-maintained working studio in a shared building. We ask that crews treat the space with care and leave it as found.
