If you need the cafe private, then message me your budget for a custom price to be sent b/c it must be more than we could make on that day to close. This listing is for the 400 sq ft cafe and outdoor tables/walk up area exterior. There is a transaction window, grey stucco finish walls, bar tables outside and inside, tile interior, commercial sinks and machinery to look like a real cafe for your shoot! Large wall tiles, and concrete floor with drains. The giant fixed window offers a great opportunity to shoot inside. This is a ground floor (2 steps up) commercial building with residential upstairs. We have an ADA restroom as well as a residential bathroom. On the property we also have the following that can be rented separately: a small backyard, a turf balcony, residential kitchen, rooms of bunk beds, attic co-working space. Parking is not included. I do have a driveway that our tenants use. If you need to park 2-3 cars tandem then the cost will be $20 per day per car (non transferable).
