About the Space
The studio is located close to the NoHo Art's district, The Metro and Orange Bus Line. We're walking distance to In&Out Burger and Starbucks. Most of all it is ideal for photo shoots (great natural light, perfect for Headshots!! ), workshops, castings, still & video, showroom and production space. ( PLEASE NOTE that it is NOT fully soundproof but has been used for many sound recordings and interviews very successfully ) Also please check on availability since Calendar does often reflect movable smaller bookings as well as cancellation that have not been updated !! The space has one bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker and regular fridge. Rollgate is facing straight NW Rental includes: some grip equipment like c-stands, apple boxes, sandbags, tables, flags, background support system, WiFi and a Bose bluetooth speaker 2 reserved parking spots Lighting equipment and backdrops are NOT INCLUDED in rental price. Some Lighting gear and backdrops are available for rent , however please contact us before start of rental, for a list of available gear. Lock out fee for overnight on multiple day bookings is $100 flat per day/night ! 100 $ cleaning fees will be applied other then broom clean and minor clean ups if not left as the space was found at beginning of rental .

Great location, at a great price! Jonas is an amazing communicator and gave me easy instructions to get into the space. There are two skylight/roof openings which are great for natural lighting and accessible to close if needed with the proper equipment for a darker set. Will be back!

Jonas was an awesome host he was very clear and communicative and also just a great person. The space was amazing, clean, had c stands, and more equipment just in case. Also the location was great. In a safe area, so much to do in the area. The space was practical and spacious there’s so much that can be done there you have to check this space out.
