Most of all it is ideal for photo shoots (great natural light, perfect for Headshots!! ),
workshops, castings, still & video, showroom and production space.
( PLEASE NOTE that it is NOT fully soundproof and not a soundstage)
The space has one bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker and regular fridge.
