Over 10 films have been shot at this location - lots of unique camera opportunities (ariels) Built in the 1920's but has an 1980's addition for a huge master Bedroom/bath. Artificial turf in back yard for year round green grass and a gate to the Beltline. Large patio deck with ext fireplace. HUGE glass doors in kitchen for natural light. Camera Security. First floor: - Kitchen: gas stove with vented hood to exterior, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, in-sink disposal, breakfast bar with two stools, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to outdoor deck with built in blinds to control light. - Dining: tasteful antique table with seating for eight - Living room: 70" TV facing a couch offering comfortable seating for 6. Two reading chairs near custom fireplace. - Office: two desks - 3 Full bathrooms with showers - Master bedroom: 60" TV, Incredible vaulted ceiling for great arial shots. Plenty of light from windows and sun roof, king size bed - En suite master bathroom: double pedestal sinks in master bathroom, large custom glass block shower - Guest bedroom #1: 42"TV Full sized bed with closet space and dresser, a bedside table. Large center deck offers large sectional couch and table/chairs and outdoor fireplace. Back deck has 3 lounge chairs overlooking the back yard with a small pond/waterfall. Back patio has 2 chairs and a couch. Back yard has a gate for direct access to the Beltline. Driveway can park 4 cars. 2 car garage with tool bench and 3 bikes.
