Located in the abandoned industrial section section of Jersey City. Easy to get to off the NJ Turnpike exit 14B. No neighbors within three blocks in any direction. We are a 1200sqft brick & block building on a 75 x 100 lot. The building was the union hall for Westinghouse Elevator Manufacturing facility (14 warehouses across the street still exist) about 90 years ago. I currently use the building as an art studio and host an outdoor vintage flea market one day a month from April thru October. This year will be our 11th season. One of the warehouses across the street is a professional prop house. Message us here for more information
