About the Space

This listing is for use of the land only. Please contact me if you are also interested in using the cabin. Our property used to be a bluestone quarry and a lot of it has remained untouched for decades. Outstanding views of overlook mountain and numerous unique areas for filming and photo shoots, including a large pond, cliffs, barns, gigantic piles of bluestone, forests, cleared land, hills, a natural spring, fallen trees, a hunting shack, and various gravel roads on the property. There is a small cabin on the property that has space for hair and makeup and a bathroom. This cabin is available for use AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $150 PER HOUR, plus a $180 cleaning fee. There is also an additional fee of $100 if you will be arriving at the cabin before 9:00 am. Once we receive your request to book we will edit the price of the rental accordingly. If furniture needs to be removed from the cabin for your project, we will further discuss pricing. We will do our best to accommodate any of your needs.
