Location Rules
- Pets
- 1. Strictly no smoking on premise or outside the entrance. (Crew who wishes to smoke have to head to the ground floor to smoke and ensure the cigerette butt is disposed responsibly)
- 2. Strictly all tripods and stands to have protective gear placed on it's feet to prevent any damages to the floor work.
- 3. The masterbedroom is the only private space for owners during the course of the shoot, hence owners request the master bedroom to be availed by 8pm onwards. Any requirements for filming in the master bedroom beyond 8pm or overnight must be cleared with owners in advanced and is subject to owner approval. Additionally production team must provide their own beddings and pillows for the shoot for safe hygiene practices.
- 4. Any shifting of furniture, adding set furniture and dressing of walls must be cleared with owner and done so with caution, care and protective gear to avoid any damages to items and surroundings.
- 5. All items/furniture that has been moved must be placed back in it's original position by the end of the shoot.
- 6. Please do not overcrowd the lift landing area with any equipment that would hinder the convenience of immediate neighbours.
- 7. Please do not use any items belonging to owners for dressing/props without clearing it with owners.
