Fantastic co-working space with a motivational & momentous vibe. Vibrant inspirational art aligns the walls displaying canvas portraits of legendary icons of the culture & bold statement art that inspires greatness in onlookers. Strobe light to change up the vibe & lighten the mood. 60-inch Smart TV with Roku, YouTube, Amazon, etc. Space includes a gathering area that seats 15, a photography area with 5 backdrops, and a floral grass wall. Lighting is provided in the photography area. Renters must Bring Your Own camera for film and photos. Lastly the podcast room “The Royal Tea Room” is available for filming and photos. Only the lower level is available, this includes a full kitchen. The photography space consists of your choice of paper photography background. The shooting area is 117 in x 135 inches squared. The space has LED lights mounted to the ceiling remote-controlled to dim, daylight, or tungsten. Additional lighting is available. There are 2 couches and a table to seat up to six to provide ideal comfort for a shoot day. Take advantage of a comfortable chill space during the photography shoot. Dressing/Make-up Area in the bathroom. BYOP (Bring Your Own Props). The paper backdrop width is 86 inches, and colors currently are yellow, white, and green. The paper backdrop stands at 5'11 in height, ideal for sitting poses. No cigarette smoking is allowed inside the home. Hookah and 420 friendly. For safety, the space is monitored by security cameras indoors and outdoors at all times. The owner is flexible on dates and times space is needed. The renter may rearrange the setting to suit needs as long as the setting is replaced post-use.
