If you are looking for a great place to rent with a Bronx feeling please don't hesitate to book my venue. This apartment unit has a tremendous amount of sunlight that starts from sunrise to sunset. The window views are overlooking the highways and there is a great view with privacy in every room. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with modern technology. Alexa devices in each room including bathroom. Ring door bell security system. Led lighting in living room and bedroom. I have installed motion sensor hand soap dispensers to eliminate any germs plus in each room there are sanitizer sprays/wipes easy accessible for any guest. I am an up and coming interior designer and choose to designed this apartment with a purpose. I wanted to give any guest who enters this unit a sense of peace, serenity and comfortability. I wanted to give myself and guest a feeling of relaxation while spending time within a bronx apartment.
