The 1820s farmhouse at this N.C. farm located an hour south of Raleigh is a charming centerpiece for the open grassy countryside acreage that surrounds the house. It was updated in 2005 as a getaway for an active family that loves the outdoors where they have since added a large covered terrace. Now empty-nesters, the couple who owns the venue rents this special property out for an array of special events. Property Rental for parties, concerts, military retirements, corporate gatherings and more includes the downstairs of the 1800-square-foot farmhouse (one full and ½ bathrooms), the Covered Terrace and the grounds which features outbuildings, a gazebo, and open grassy spaces for a variety of parties and events. A multitude of parking is available along the flat areas adjacent to the long farm driveway.
