About the Space

The Perch is on 4 acres of forest and open space, 12 renovated cabins and a 500 sq ft gathering space. The property is 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino National Forest where we experience snow in the winter. We also have one cabin which is at the edge of the woods, and is rundown (picturesque for a special purpose!) The exteriors retain their original look (simple wood construction with old tin roofs). The woods behind the barn (gathering space) looks like you are in the middle of the forest. The property looks remote but we are actually only minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The terrain is hilly, with tall grasses and trees. The basic rental covers the outdoor use of all the grounds and cabins. However, indoor use of the cabins is charged separately. (Approx $250 per cabin including cleaning). The use of cabin 10 comes with the rental. Use of cabin 13 by the crew for bathrooms, food, coffee station ets, is $450. The 12 cabins include 22 bedrooms, and 27 beds.
