7000 Square Foot ground floor open space with high ceilings, concrete floors, raw walls and a large industrial garage door making it easy to drive in trucks, load in heavy equipment, sets, large scale artworks and machinery The studio is L shaped making it easy to zone areas for backstage, makeup, wardrobe. There are 2 large bathrooms that could also double up as changing rooms. The space has a higher mezzanine area by front of space with wall to wall windows and an exhibition space as well with 3 Screens. Great for film shoots, commercials, music videos, experimental setups, art exhibitions and more PARTIES AND EVENTS This venue is also available for events, parties and after-hour bookings. It holds its own alcohol permit and can host upto 770 people during events. There is a full Turbosound System at the space as well as 12 LED screens. ready for turnkey events - plug and play as well check @esc.mtl for videos and photos of space and events price for event is on case to case basis
