7000 Square Foot ground floor open space with high ceilings, concrete floors, raw walls and a large industrial garage door making it easy to drive in trucks, load in heavy equipment, sets, large scale artworks and machinery The studio is L shaped making it easy to zone areas for backstage, makeup, wardrobe. There are 2 large bathrooms that could also double up as changing rooms. The space has a higher mezzanine area by front of space with wall to wall windows. Great for film shoots, commercials, music videos, experimental setups etc
