The black box theater (Studio 7) is the centerpiece of the facility, offering more than 2,300 square feet of open floor space with black Marley flooring. It includes a connected greenroom for preparation and can be outfitted with risers, lighting, and seating for performances, showcases, or professional filming. For something unique, the rooftop deck provides over 1,500 square feet of outdoor space. It’s an inspiring setting for workshops, small events, or open-air classes. A meeting room with WiFi is also available for breakout sessions or planning. Guests benefit from on-site parking, ground-level access for easy load-in and load-out, and ADA-compliant restrooms. The facility also includes a welcoming lobby, dressing rooms, and restrooms to support both small and large groups. For larger productions or events, tables, chairs, risers, lighting support, and on-site staff can be arranged to fit your needs.
