About the Space
***In an effort to keep everyone safe, we are only accepting groups of maximum 6 people.*** This versatile loft is an easily customizable space with 16' ceiling and a variety of layouts ranging from an empty box for filming / photography to a fully decorated living and dining room. This space is setup with floor-to-ceiling acoustic panels making it ideal for small video productions like interviews, live streams, but also perfect for meetings and meet-ups. Choose from any of our preset set-ups below or come-up with your own. Space features: - Dual acoustic panel walls for sound recording - 8 different room layouts - Mobile Smart 49” TV - Wifi (150Mbps Down and 30Mbps Up) - Kitchen ceiling mirrors for overhead kitchen shots. Set-ups: 1 – Meeting Room 2 - Living Room 3 - Living and Dining room 4 – Kitchen 5 - Kitchen Demos 6 – Meetups 7 - Workshop / Speaker 8 - Green Screen 9 - Filmed Interview Set-up 1 – Meeting room: This space is ideal to impress your clients. The expandable table seats 8 people comfortably, however, others can be seated on the couch if need be. You will have full use of the kitchen as well as the 49” TV that can moved anywhere in the room. Set-up 2 – Living room: This set up is ideal if you want to meet clients in a relaxed yet elegant space. Set-up 3 – Living and Dining room: This set up is perfect for a creative dinner with a private chef. The TV can be setup to display an overhead shot of the cooking in action. Set-up 4 – Kitchen: Great for filming a kitchen scene or doing a cooking tutorial. Includes the use of all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The adjustable mirrors over the island are ideal to capture overhead views of the counter/pre area. Set-up 5 – Kitchen demonstration: This unique set up is perfect for an intimate cooking class. Guests can sit, watch and learn while having a clear view of everything being demonstrated. This set up can be filmed as well using the overheard adjustable mirrors. Set-up 6 – Meetups: This set up is good for larger groups such as focus or support groups. Set-up 7 - Workshop / Speaker: This set up is for individuals or companies that want to have a speaker present to a group of up to 20 people. Set-up 8 – Green Screen: This set up is for smaller green screen shoots and includes the use of our green backdrop. Set-up 9 – Filmed Interview: This set up is great for on-camera interviews, photoshoots, social media filming etc. Includes the use of everything seen in the photos Equipment rentals for content creator and full productions available on request. *Please note that a full day booking is 8 hours. If you need a longer booking, the additional hours will be charged at the reduced rate.

We filmed on Sunday, July 26th. Rami; you were professional, approachable, friendly, and helpful (from our first email chat to finally meeting you in person!) Always on hand for any questions we had and just a delight to work with! The space was GORGEOUS... even better than it shows online. Modern, roomy and spotless. Rami was the perfect model for a host — responsive, friendly, accommodating, flexible, and he went above and beyond to make sure our use of his space met our needs. I can not recommend him enough as a host. The venue was incredibly clean, well decorated, and prepped for our arrival. We were very impressed by all of the details, especially regarding cleanliness with COVID-19. We will definitely be rebooking with him in the future.
