A large open-concept photography studio available for rent in the heart of East Vancouver. With a spacious shooting area of 28’ x 46’ and a 24’ tall ceiling, it is ample space for any kind of photo shoot or MOS film set. The studio includes a kitchen that can be used for either cooking, serving food, or as a small additional shooting space. Also included is a well-lit makeup area. Private offices are upstairs for house photographers. These photographers access their offices during the day through a set of stairs on the side that do not cross through the shooting space. Sound: Please note that for video shoots, the space is not sound proof and therefore sound recording is not allowed. Lighting rental: For experienced photographers, we may consider renting out some lighting equipment. Feel free to send an inquiry about it. The space is not available for events or gatherings of any size. The max amount of people in the space is 15. Features: Grip stands, V-flats, sandbags, extension cords, and apple boxes Free parking (4 spots at location, free on the street) Well-lit makeup area Fiber Optic Wifi Full kitchen and access to the fridge. Sound system Convenient drive up parking for loading and unloading using the ramp Wheelchair accessible Starbucks, brewery and lunch locations all within a block * Please note that we do not sync our calendar with the Peerspace one, so send us an inquiry about your shooting date and we'll get back to you ASAP. * Hours of operation are 8am-6pm. Bookings outside of that time frame are subject to overtime hours of $80 an hour.

Jacyln was incredibly helping in making our 5 day shoot run smoothly. She was super prompt in answering any questions and facilitating a great experience with the studio. The studio was the perfect size for filming a series of videos. Tons of parking, easy to load in, and well set up for a comfortable experience for the client + talent.
