About the Space

A large open-concept photography studio available for rent in the heart of East Vancouver. With a spacious shooting area of 28’ x 46’ and a 24’ tall ceiling, it is ample space for any kind of photo shoot or MOS film set. The studio includes a kitchen that can be used for either cooking, serving food, or as a small additional shooting space. Also included is a well-lit makeup area. * Please note that we do not sync our calendar with the Peerspace one, so send us an inquiry about your shooting date and we'll get back to you ASAP. Private offices are upstairs for house photographers. These photographers access their offices during the day through a set of stairs on the side that do not cross through the shooting space. Sound: Please note that for video shoots, the space is not sound proof and therefore sound recording is not allowed. The space is not available for events or gatherings of any size. The max amount of people in the space is 20. Background: The shooting area is not a cyc, please inquire for details. Features: Grip stands, V-flats, sandbags, extension cords, and apple boxes ​Free parking (4 spots at location, free on the street) ​Well-lit makeup area ​Fiber Optic Wifi ​ Full kitchen and access to the fridge. ​Sound system ​Convenient drive up parking for loading and unloading using the ramp ​Wheelchair accessible ​Starbucks, brewery and lunch locations all within a block * Hours of operation are 8am-6pm. Bookings outside of that time frame are subject to overtime hours of $80 an hour. Minimum booking of 5 hours.

Security deposit will be held 48 hours prior to your booking’s start date. If we are unable to authorize a hold, your booking may be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

    This is an amazing space for any production, small or large! Emily's communication was great, she was unsure if the space was perfect for us and encouraged us to come see it before booking to make sure we were happy! When we arrived, we knew it would be great for our production and it was. We will definitely be back!

    Jacyln was incredibly helping in making our 5 day shoot run smoothly. She was super prompt in answering any questions and facilitating a great experience with the studio. The studio was the perfect size for filming a series of videos. Tons of parking, easy to load in, and well set up for a comfortable experience for the client + talent.
