60 acres of desert landscape including 45 acres of dry river bed/wash. Great for off-road vehicle shoots, camping exteriors, and outdoor lifestyle. North side of the property includes: *Parking for 2WD vehicles and trucks *Super clean Porto potty * Power for charging (if more power is needed, that can be negotiated) *Running water, indoor bathroom and makeup area in container home *‘67 Airstream Safari that is completely restored and situated in a private camping/desert living scene. Complete with recliner chair for star gazing, outdoor fire pit and hammock set-up. South side of the road is the Pipes Canyon Wash, great for wild outdoorsy, lifestyle, camping and car shoots. Vehicles need to be 4WD or AWD to access.
