Located 10 minutes from the Marietta Square with 6 acres, several out buildings and a lake, this location is available for photo or film shoots. Some small daytime events taken on a case by case basis. The property includes a barn in the woods with two rooms, a separate screened in porch with its own deck, two docks overlooking the lake, a pool with removable fencing, a chicken coop, garden and a rocking chair front porch. The home is a rustic farmhouse that is 3500 square feet, built in 1968. Outside decks of home available for use. Exterior of the home available, sunroom available by request. Interior of the home not available for use, no bathroom available. You may rent a portable bathroom for use on property.
