About the Space

I am Susan; Owner of 5 acres of beautiful land located within the ALR of Aldergrove, B.C. I am an Interior Designer/Decorator/Landscaper and this land has been my passion for the past 3 years. I have excavated and created crushed grindings roads for the ease of driving throughout the flatlands of the property while enjoying the gorgeously preserved, soaring timbers of old-growth forest. It is a picturesque, drive-through experience in Mother Nature. I recently renovated the only structure on the property, a 50-year-old heritage shed, that I designed with the utmost attention to detail. It has electricity and WIFI, and is beautifully illuminated with dimmer-switches, ambient, task, and accent lighting. It is 750 square feet of floor space, with 12-foot ceilings, an electric fireplace, a man-door, and a large barn door to accommodate vehicles. This Shed is the perfect setting for a Romantic Comedy, murder mystery, or dramatic feature. Vistas of fields, western sunsets, a hidden campground, a pond and a heritage shiplap barn/workshop. Private and serene with a creepy “stump nation” in the backwoods for that scary scene. Very easy access throughout extra wide gates and loads of site and boulevard parking.
