About the Space
Amazing 40 acre ranch very close to town- a rare find. Cottage, stream mountains, woodlands, horse corals, bridges, interior roads, the grass and woodlands. 25 mins from Hollywood and Downtown. No street lamps, overnight ok. Very little overhead traffic and one very quiet road, private ranch surrounded by National Forest 6 minutes to freeways 210/5 Interior private roads. Doubled as Malibu (sand flat area against hills), cottage in the woods, big bear, mid west. Stream picnic areas that are easy accessible. Onsite Parking. Secure 2 gates. 2 bed house can be used for makeup/wardrobe/office/location, or Trailer. We are very easy going, include everything. Very quiet property. Lots of quaint little places too. We have animals you can use: horses, sheep, chickens, dogs, a pig. Can do weddings/events through our church 501c3 please inquire.

Gail was so wonderful to deal with during the booking process and such.There's alot to see here. I would advise doing a location scout beforehand, there's lots of clutter and cleanup needed. Our production is thrilled with the outcome of our music video, thank you!

This is an amazing location and perfect to have a exterior natural environment. Gail and Rudy are really responsive and helpful and the price is very reasonable as well. Phone reception gets lost out there but there is Wi-Fi offered. Will definitely use again for other projects!
