About the Space
You come to this sprawling 35 acre rolling hill farm by dirt road lined with wood fence to the 1/4 mile driveway up a hill. As you ascend the hill you navigate between two majestic trees then come to a barn/shop with a small apartment above. From there you round the corner to behold a beautiful two story three bedroom farm house that sits on top of a hill. The farm house features a huge back porch (screened and unscreened) with long range mountain views. Below the porch is a patio outside the full unfinished basement. There is a large front yard with a massive firepit overlooking a beautiful valley below. Behind the house is Sautee creek accessed by a path through secluded woods from the house to the creek. Do not be surprised if you see wildlife during your shoot.

There is so much more to this property than meets the eye! It provided a beautiful location for an outdoorsy automotive photoshoot with lots of different backdrops. Plus the host, Peter, was so helpful and flexible when our plans changed last minute. It's definitely worth the drive to come check it out for yourself.
