***35 acre property... -20 acres of hardwoods with hill down to the river. Large 200 year old oak trees along ravine in upper part of property. -10 acres of open fields, 6 very large pecan trees, 2 smaller barns. -3 acres long grass fields with small sloping hill (planted with baby oaks in 2021) -2 acre pond with lighted water fountain, island with wood beam oval gazebo and Japanese footbridge. Pond has 3 fish aerators and is stocked with Large Mouth Bass and Bluegill. Small 15 ft. pier and 6 kayaks. Small covered bridge over pond inlet. -2 fields with split rail fencing -2 open wood Cabanas with hammock, 2 chair swings, and 2 Adirondack chairs overlooking river on the top of hill -30x50 ft. outdoor Pavilion next to pond with 7 picnic tables at top of hill. -Large open fire pit in between Cabanas and Pavilion -Drivable paths though woods and around property. ***3000 total sq. ft. pole barn venue... -2000 sq. ft. main hall has high wood ceiling, wood walls at front/back, long sheetrock cream painted side walls, 8 wood lighted posts, and polished cement floor with stained pattern in middle of dance floor. -2 sets of Large Full-X wood carriage doors with upper windows and black iron hardware at both ends of venue. -Ceiling draping from center to corners, curtain panels at both ends (back curtain panels with fairy lights), black hoop chandeliers, patio lights along edge and up to black hoops, chandelier over sweetheart table, 6 moveable greenery hoops or large white drum shades hanging over tables. -Tables and white padded chairs for up to 150 guests. -Caterer's room with refrigerator, industrial stainless steel sink, white tiled wall with black grout & wood shelf, 3 prep/serving tables w/black linens, 150 rentable mix-n-match china and goblets ($3 per setting-no flatware) in cabinets, and 3 sets of 150 13" chargers in gold, antique ivory, and wood look. -2 restrooms with black & white tile floor, black cabinet sink, one with curtained bath/shower and other larger restroom with handicap bar. -Brides room/changing room with sofa, floor length mirror, decor items in cabinets, and rentable ivory linens ($18 apiece). -Exterior has soft blue/green/gold/gray striped exterior on front and back), long side of barn with original weathered gray wood and green metal siding on lower half. Green metal roof. -Split rail fencing with lights around entrance and parking field. Parking field is next to venue near entrance in the upper fields. -Pond/Pavilion/Cabanas are a 3 minute walk across lower fields towards the river. -Ravine runs along property line until it empties into the river. There are a few beaver dams and very small waterfall if water is flowing. -Solid wall of green trees all around property from March through November.
