Rustic abandoned industrial look barns and one deserted/empty blue house is available for productions. Any use of animals requires a professional wrangler for safety and compliance. Wrangler fee: $250 ( Upon request) Set Construction, prop storage and long-term leases available for larger productions. Rate only available for Film/Video/Photo productions
