There are multiple independent areas of the property that can be used for various filming/photo scenes. 40 acres of possibilities inside its guard private gated entrance. Rustic abandoned industrial look barns and one deserted/empty blue house is available for productions. One hour and 15 minutes from Los Angeles Set Construction, prop storage and long-term leases available for larger productions. Rate only available for Film/Video/Photo productions
