Rustic abandoned industrial look barns and one deserted/empty blue house is available for productions. Any use of animals requires a professional wrangler for safety and compliance. .Animal Wrangler Services: A $350 wrangler fee applies for on-site animals . This is a live ranch, not a studio! Greenery changes, and animals come and go constantly we strongly recommend to scout the property. Set Construction, prop storage and long-term leases available for larger productions.
