Clubhouse booking comes with outside custom bar, 50" TV and covered patio for a small holding area overlooking a luscious lawn and serene pond with fountain. Parking for 15. $250/hour. Minimum 4 hours. 25 people MAX. **Luxury Podcast Studio is booked separately. OR #3 Book both clubhouse and studio for $350 per hour Minimum 4 hours. 30 people MAX. Additional information Entire house is Great for large or small film crews. Podcast studio includes equipment and green screen. Studio is a separate rental from house. Plenty of parking for cast and crew. Membership is available and provides complimentary filming hours. Rates listed are for filming only. Social Events are booked separately.
