Close enough for easy commute by car or public transportation, but a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. This Comfy, modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom is ready to accommodate your event. Located on the 1st floor of a newly constructed 3 family house. 2 adjacent open rooms great for the flow of any event, and a beautiful bay window. Full Kitchen available with 8-foot long granite counter top available for cooking or catering setup: Modern appliances: stove, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, washer/dryer. The apartment is delicately furnished and ready for your project. Covid-19 compliant cleaning protocols, private home. Only you and your guests are in attendance. Catering available upon request. Outside catering allowed. We require 72 hours in advance paid-in-full booking for production & business events. Private parties, weddings, and baby showers, we require a minimum 7 days in advance paid-in-full booking. Booking means paid in full through this website. Please inquire should you not meet these advance booking requirements in case we are able to accommodate a speedier booking. The daily operating hours for events & projects are from 6 a.m. to Midnight, Monday through Sunday. Special arrangements can be made for a 2 a.m. event ending. Please specify in your booking request.
