This studio is so beautiful and the view is amazing. Jason is an incredibly kind and gracious host (and very stylish!). There is a lot of great furniture and wonderful lighting for a photoshoot. I definitely recommend this place.

The space is gorgeous and the views are amazing. Jason and his staff are a delight to work with. We filmed a segment for a documentary and we enjoyed the space so much we decided to come back the very next day. 10th floor but the elevator was easy to access. Available street parking only but around the corner were 3-4 commercial loading spaces on first come, first serve. Would definitely rent again.

Our space may be used for meetings, intimate gatherings, creative projects, film and television, presentations, etc. We have a showcase area, lounge area, meeting area, bar, fitting room, storage room, and art area. Rare arched windows, 180 degree view of Gastown, Canada Place, Vancouver Harbour, and North Vancouver. Customizable lighting as well as lots of natural light. Gorgeous space! It's also a lot larger than it appears in photos. Beautiful lighting and the view is unmatched. Our team really enjoyed filming here and it was extremely quiet.
