About the Space

Welcome to our private, self-contained studio located in a quiet neighborhood near Sendall Botanical Gardens. This is the perfect place for your next photo shoot, whether you’re a brand, lifestyle, boudoir photographer, or a content creator in need of a cozy home vibe. With two oversized windows facing east, out studio is filled with an abundance of natural light, making it an ideal space for capturing stunning photos. The studio’s natural light, modern bohemian style is designed to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with an open-concept kitchen and living room, a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaker tub, and a luxurious bedroom, complete with a king sized bed, black feature wall and brass hanging pendants. (Natural light at it's best between 8am - 3pm) To control the light, we have installed blackout drapes in the bedroom and in the living room we have two sets of draperies to help with diffusion. The living room also features a cozy egg chair and cream poufs. The kitchen boasts a beautiful quartz countertop, island and black beaded Boho light pendants, creating a stylish and functional space. We also offer extra props for rent, including a king peacock chair, cream Boho ottoman, and greenery, to add some extra flair to your photo shoot. Our studio is truly a unique and versatile space, ideal for capturing stunning photos and creating beautiful content. Please note that our space is best suited for simple branding/lifestyle photo/video shoots with minimal props. Cleaning fees and security deposits are subject to change depending on production size, with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
