Bernardo de Galvez sharing his strategies for the attack on the English at Fort Bute, Fort Richmond then Mobile and Pensacola. Dutinse recorded transactions of land, marriages, and disputes in Iberville region found in the Iberville Parish Courthouse. Spain owned Louisiana and French Dutinse served under Governor Bernardo de Galvez and followed the Spanish laws. In 1781, Dutinse recorded transactions of the LeBlanc family purchasing this home and land. This home remained in the LeBlanc family for generations until 1990. Purchased 2 years ago by Connie LeBlanc, it has been renovated by an expert in historic renovation working for years in New Orleans. Every home has a story.
