The space worked exactly as I needed it to. The staff was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. There are sound issues if another shoot is going on next door, but that was addressed ahead of time. Great spot.

-Additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and available light modifier).
-Up to 10 people/session is included in your rental. Every extra person over 10 is $5.
- Seamless backdrop rolls available at $59.99 + tax.
- For any bookings earlier 8a or later 11p add $35/hr for any extra time (billed in full hours).
- Stage is not soundproof.

- Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down and clean up, so please factor it in your booking hours.
- No smoking or alcohol. At least $500 fine will be billed for each occurrence.
- Pets are welcome with the pet waiver signed.
- Stage is not soundproof (there might be noise as music/speech and street sounds).
- Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour.
- Usage of any hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, ashes etc) are to be approved in advance with a refundable deposit.
- Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live music bands must be approved in advance. We reserve the right to stop the shoot without refunds may there are any noise complaints.
- Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $150) and will depend on the amount of work required.
- Seamless backdrop rolls available at $59.99 + tax.
- Studio releases any responsibility for any damage including from water or humidity to the renter’s equipment and/or props, outfits and other items brought to the renter’s reservation.
- Renter is responsible for damages of the equipment provided by the studio.
- Water coming from ‘rain’ system or hose is not filtered, and is regular tap water, we do not recommend drinking it.
- Floor and other surfaces/objects might become slippery, which may result in falling and injuries – be careful around water and wet surfaces.
- If you have any medical conditions related or affected by moisture, humidity and/or water – use Aqua Zone at your own discretion and consult with your doctor before using it.
