Stage 2 is a flexible 428-square-foot creative studio designed for portrait photography, branding sessions, product photography, social content, interviews, video production, and podcasts. The base rate covers the rental of Stage 2 only. *CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR PODCAST PACKAGES* Guests may bring their own cameras, lighting, microphones, and production equipment, or customize their reservation with optional lighting, equipment, and full-service podcast production add-ons. Included With the Base Rental - Private use of Stage 2 during the booked time - House power - Air conditioning - Free Wi-Fi - Basic building access - Basic check-in assistance - Access to designated common areas Equipment Notice: The base rental does not include cameras, microphones, podcast equipment, production lighting, flash equipment, control-room access, recording, live switching, production crew, editing, or file delivery. Equipment shown in listing photographs may represent optional add-ons or previous productions and should not be assumed to be included.
