Spacious and bright 2-story single family home in Mission Viejo, CA. Updated kitchen is bright with granite countertops and white cabinets. Great for cooking-related content and kitchen product shoots. There are two available living areas and a dining room for a variety of looks. There are 3 bedrooms, one being a fun kid's bedroom. The master bathroom is bright and open with plenty space for lighting and camera moves. NO PERMITS REQUIRED, TONS of parking and friendly neighbors make this a great place for your production. Huge 6,600 Sq Foot lot with beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, vegetable beds, grass, succulents and a purple flowering jacaranda. Garage fridge can be a production fridge. We have 2 folding tables, coolers, 3 directors chairs and 28 folding chairs are also available. This house is great for that everyday family look and feel, perfect for commercial shoots, corporate videos, indie films, feature films, photoshoots, music videos, student films and much more!
