About the Space

Beautiful 2 story 1933 Spanish Style Home in the famous Leimert Park area of Los Angeles. We've upgraded our home in the last 6 years, have added a gorgeous open pantry showcasing unique glassware, added in unique slabs of quarzite/marble countertops and backsplash. Open and bright kitchen that overlooks the backyard which has a built in L shaped outdoor couch around a propane fire-pit. Peach tree, 2 orange trees, 2 lemon trees and a pomegranate tree. The grand room has exposed beams with stamped paintings on them, a fireplace and mantle. Boho California with vintage and mid century vibes. The dining room is open and has a California/Sante Fe style to it. Friends love to film and shoot at our house all the time. We'd recently gutted the garage into a guest house/gym with original wood A Frame ceilings. We have a background in design, so the furniture and pieces throughout the home have been thoughtfully selected.
