- 2 floors - 16-foot ceilings with windows - mostly white with some dark and light brown - Floor level with access to load in bay - Access to both Bathroom and kitchen. - Can use space for filming and photography. - Can rearrange areas with my help. - Can do acoustic jams - Can do louder jams using my equipment but I would need to be present as a sound technician (additional fee). - Can do catering for some events (would need to discuss).

    Peter is a great person and made himself available the whole time. His place is amazing. Lots of artwork give a lot of character, and the big windows fill the place with natural soft light, making everything easier. Recommend the place to everyone.

    Peter's loft was beautifully furnished, and provided ample natural light despite it was pouring rain outside. Communication was courteous and friendly. I would definitely book this space again for my production shoots!
