Nestled in the center of a quiet street near the 405 fwy in the California Heights neighborhood of Long Beach, this property always has ample parking in front and an extra long brick-lined driveway with massive hedges on both sides of the house providing production crews with ample privacy. From the wood burning oven and custom-carved rose-bush mantle in the living room, to a naturally lit window filled dining room, to the recently restored original hardwoods in the bedrooms, every room in the house is spacious and unique with minimal furnishings. Occupant owns and operates Cafablanca, a craft coffee catering company which also offers craft services for productions and special events. Discounts are available for both craft coffee catering and craft-services with location rental.
