Welcome to my place! My home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a fab front porch, open courtyard and large grass yard. The living room, dining room and breakfast nook have west facing windows which glow with the setting sun. The bathrooms are spacious with a freestanding bathtub and a large shower. The bedrooms have plenty of room with deep closets. Detached home office and gym. 1672 Square foot house. 6379 Square foot lot.

    Our experience filming at The 1930 Spanish Home in Inglewood was great. The interiors of the house are uniquely and beautifully decorated. There is enough space to accommodate all production needs for a small cast/crew. Working with Ella was delightful as she was extremely helpful, honest, and understanding, seeking to help facilitate our needs beyond the typical location owner. I highly recommend filming here.
