Francine is absolutely the sweetest, most accommodating, responsive and reliable host ever. Highly highly recommend this location. This was by far the best experience I've had on Giggster. Thank you so much Francine!
Francine is just a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL person. She was very supporting of our small project and very good at communicating with us. We shot a short film (5 pages) here and took place in her living room and driveway. The place was pretty much already designed for us. The walls were not white and there was a lot of production design in here to work with. Outside also had a lot of production design. The place is not big, but definitely big enough for us to have depth in our frames. Our crew size was less than 15. It eventually got crowded inside, but it was manageable. A little annoying to squeeze around each other, but it was manageable. Haze was okay to use, which we did for one scene. Driveway is not accessible to park cars there (plus there is a small, but steep hill to get there so truck parking there is not an option). You could potentially park two cars near garage in back, but that's it. Parking was not complicated (plenty street parking), though we had to wait for people to leave in the front to be able to park our truck right out front. Could also use driveway just to unload, but can't block it. Windows have easy access to shine a light through. We lucked out in having such a great location to work with. Really amazing shooting location, wonderful experience, and really enjoyed working with Francine!!
