About the Space
My location is a two story Craftsman home built in 1907. My home features 9’ high ceilings with 10” crown molding, new paint and has been remodeled. There are antique decorative pieces that are true to the time period of the home. The floors are original hardwood in the living room, dining room, hall and bedroom. These floors have been refinished. The bathroom and kitchen have new vinyl flooring that matches the hardwood in the other rooms. There are 5 stairs that lead up to the front door. There is a porch. There are manicured shrubs around the front yard. The outside of the front of the house is newly painted. The interior is newly painted. There are French doors that go onto the front porch. Please inquire if you are interested in booking outside of the listed booking hours.

Francine is just a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL person. She was very supporting of our small project and very good at communicating with us. We shot a short film (5 pages) here and took place in her living room and driveway. The place was pretty much already designed for us. The walls were not white and there was a lot of production design in here to work with. Outside also had a lot of production design. The place is not big, but definitely big enough for us to have depth in our frames. Our crew size was less than 15. It eventually got crowded inside, but it was manageable. A little annoying to squeeze around each other, but it was manageable. Haze was okay to use, which we did for one scene. Driveway is not accessible to park cars there (plus there is a small, but steep hill to get there so truck parking there is not an option). You could potentially park two cars near garage in back, but that's it. Parking was not complicated (plenty street parking), though we had to wait for people to leave in the front to be able to park our truck right out front. Could also use driveway just to unload, but can't block it. Windows have easy access to shine a light through. We lucked out in having such a great location to work with. Really amazing shooting location, wonderful experience, and really enjoyed working with Francine!!

Beautiful spacious place and perfect for our film scene. Great hospitality from Francine. She was responsive and opened her home to my team and I. I would definitely book again. Parking was great.

Francine was beyond pleasant, and accommodating with our production. No one on set had a bad word to say about her or her husband. The kindest people. She set boundaries in terms of do’s and don’ts in her home with grace at our first meeting. The home is lovely and have a new life to your production.
