Francine was beyond pleasant, and accommodating with our production. No one on set had a bad word to say about her or her husband. The kindest people. She set boundaries in terms of do’s and don’ts in her home with grace at our first meeting. The home is lovely and have a new life to your production. My location is a two story Craftsman home built in 1907. I live downstairs and I have a tenant that lives upstairs. The upstairs has a separate staircase and its own address. My home features 9’ high ceilings with 10” crown molding, new paint and has been remodeled. The floors are original hardwood in the living room, dining room, hall and bedroom. These floors have been refinished. The bathroom and kitchen have new vinyl flooring that matches the hardwood in the other rooms. There are 5 stairs that lead up to the front door. There is a porch. There are manicured shrubs around the front yard. The outside of the front of the house is newly painted. The interior is newly painted. There are French doors that go onto the front porch.
