About the Space

Beautiful loft with 18 large windows, nice daylight, beamed ceiling and concrete floors. Located in a landmark 1928 Art Deco building in downtown Los Angeles' historic core. We rent 2800 sf by the hour or by the day. A minimum rental of three hours generally applies. Days are 10 hours from 8 am to 6 pm, M-F. Weekend and evening rates are higher. Lower rates available for multi-day rentals. Large weekend events may require a minimum 3-day rental. Damage deposit required. Except for small meetings or photo shoots, a cleaning fee typically applies. A patch and paint fee may apply for large events or for productions with set dressing. Typical days are ten hours, M-F, 8-6. (Equipment can be stored for 24 hours) Space is available 24 hours but after hours use generally requires the presence of a site representative at $35 per hour and an assistant from the building at $50/hr. Please inquire. For larger events and film shoots, additional charges may apply. Space is provided clean and clear of furnishings or furnished as shown. Unless special arrangements are made, we can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 50 persons.
