About the Space
Beautiful loft with 18 large windows, nice daylight, beamed ceiling and concrete floors. Located in a landmark 1928 Art Deco building in downtown Los Angeles' historic core. We rent 2700 sf for $1700 a day, or hourly per Giggster's standard rates, minimum three hours. Lower rates available for multi-day rentals. Large weekend events may require a minimum 3-day rental. Quoted rates for film or photography assume crews of 20 or fewer. Damage deposit required. Except for small meetings or photo shoots, a cleaning fee typically applies. A patch and paint fee may apply for large events or for productions with set dressing. Typical days are ten hours, M-F, 8-6. (Equipment can be stored for 24 hours) Space is available 24 hours. After hours use generally requires the presence of a site representative at $35 per hour and an assistant from the building at $50/hr. Please inquire. For larger events and film shoots, additional charges may apply. Space is provided clean and clear of furnishings or furnished as shown. Unless special arrangements are made, we can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 50 persons.

Another amazing shoot in Lindon's loft! Such a beautiful space and Lindon is an amazing host - very accommodating and easy to work with.

Could not have been better! We had such a fantastic experience with Lindon and this beautiful space. We shot a series of workout videos and stills and the light in the studio was incredible. There are great restaurants and coffee shops in the area and easy parking garages. Lindon was so accommodating and friendly. He even gave us a bottle of wine at the wrap of our shoot. I highly recommend!
