We have folding tables to set up for you to display your skills or set up a buffet. But for 8 people or under the upstairs by itself can accomodate your catered, delivered or cooked meal from the small kitchen to cook in upon request. There is a fridge to use and a bathroom too! The carriage house apartment is a separate out building in the back of the French quarter double creole cottage and part of the 4 outbuildings in this 1828 historic complex . This property is secluded from the street and in the back of the courtyard which can also possibly be exclusively rented out after hours for full parties and weddings or your production shoot w totally diffferent price points.
