Our private home is located on a lush 1.5 acre property including a pool, large blue stone pool deck, outdoor fire pit patio, many decks and manicured grounds, a brick patio garden off the music studio, and an extensive playground that spreads over a quarter acre with bike paths, patios, rides, picnic tables, tents, etc.. Enter through gates up a winding driveway into a courtyard with a tri-masted flagpole that celebrates whatever event is being hosted, or the origins of the family in residence or visiting. Fully renovated and furnished for high country style with lots of windows and sliding doors to let in the outdoors. Indoor entertainment with fireplace, small movie theater, large double height kitchen and dining room that seats 10 and can be expanded for 16+. Newly installed sunroom opens onto blue stone pool patio. Indoor/outdoor pool bathroom right off the pool deck allows for easing rinsing off after you jump out of the pool. Outdoor furnishings and lounges for seating 30 or more in different areas of the property.
