An exceptionally versatile 15,000 sq ft Events Center. Ready to host up to 400 seated guests (500 standing). Ideal for everything from high-stakes corporate summits and trade shows to major filming/production needs. Need space? We have 15,000 square feet of it. *Packages starting at $5,000.00 *Minimum number of hours- For corporate use/weekdays = 4 hours; Wedding & Celebrations = 12 hours *All alcohol must be provided by the renter our bartending service. All bartenders must be TABC licensed & all alcohol must be served by the bartender. Security is required for all events serving alcohol.
