On one adjacent five-acre parcel, a five-acre sand dirtbike track. On an additional connected five-acre parcel, there is absolutely nothing. The home features a wealth of interesting features: a tractor, shipping containers, church pews, a door to nowhere, and a climbing wall. It is about 2 miles from the popular bar which has been featured in numerous music videos. Closest neighbors are approximately a mile away.
