On one five-acre acre parcel, you will find: The home features a 1 bedroom residential with one bathroom; a 1 bedroom cabin that sleeps four; and a converted shipping container office that sleeps 1 or serves as a working area. On one adjacent five-acre parcel, a five-acre sand dirtbike track. On an additional connected five-acre parcel, there is absolutely nothing. The home features a wealth of interesting features: a tractor, shipping containers, church pews, a door to nowhere, and a climbing wall. It is about 2 miles from the popular bar which has been featured in numerous music videos. Closest neighbors are approximately a mile away.
