This space worked perfectly for our filmed documentary interview: beautiful warehouse feel, plenty of depth, controllable lighting, and minimal outside noise. It is located on the second floor, with an easy loading dock and elevator to get upstairs. Geoffrey was an excellent and very communicative host. He was there through the duration of the shoot and he was happy to help us out in any way he could. I would definitely recommend this location.

Renovated warehouse originally built in 1914. Now a unique photo/film lifestyle studio location that’s the perfect spot for smaller productions. Photo — Portrait sessions, look books, editorials, tabletop, social media content, etc. Film — Interviews, workout videos, TV series, promotional videos. music videos, web series, etc. The studio features great colors and textures from the original exposed brick and unfinished hardwood floors. Sixteen foot ceilings make it perfect for set builds or other projects that require ample ceiling height. The elevated loft space is a great spot for clients or others in your production to hang out while shooting happens below. Back into the loading dock and bring your gear up using our elevator that opens directly into the studio. Enjoy access to our communal pantry for complementary coffee and refreshments.
