About the Space

Large contemporary house with balcony deck and porch located right on the beach. Beautiful airy Beach house with view of the ocean. Private beach in back of house. Will need a bathroom for larger crews. We also use our own contract for the shoots. Once you pay gigster the producer will also sign our Home Agreement with more details. We do require COI for all shoots. No loud events. Open to film shoots, music videos, photo shoots, small gatherings.
