Can rent pond for fishing or other activities. Pond is one acre and has an island in the middle with a crossing bridge to access it. The island features a fountain that flows down a waterfall into the pond. Boats with no motors are allowed. This property is an oasis in the desert yet very close to town. Close to the 303 and grand ave exit. The total property space is 3-1/2 acres so plenty of parking space. South end of property is state land which could be used for extra parking. Great mountain views.
