Beautiful space to shoot in, with great light and depth from room to room. The owner is delight to work with and a wonderful human. Most importantly, she's incredibly production-friendly, understanding our needs to the point of making helpful suggestions of places to stage gear, set up catering, etc. We weren't really kidding when we joked that we should write a script that is set entirely at this property - just so we could come back to work with Pam again! No issues with neighbors, either. Friendly folks out walking dogs and babies were the only real interactions.

What a gem! This place is a location dream. The layout is super cool and the natural light at all hours of the day added certain elements that would have taken time to create. I am so grateful I found this place. If you are organized you can get a lot of mileage out of the various rooms, corners and nooks both indoor and out of this place.
