I just rented Molly’s Penthouse Loft Photography Studio this past weekend and it was a fantastic space for a creative photoshoot.. It was exactly as advertised in the photos. Molly was very friendly to deal with. She responded promptly to my emails and was there on time to greet us and show us around the unit. She made us feel very welcome. The space allows for a lot of creativity and I would definitely recommend this space for any creatives looking for interesting places to shoot. We were all very pleased. Thanks Molly :)

Great apartment that we used for a one day video shoot. The space and building are beautiful, it was clean and is easy to setup gear and work in with a small crew. There are lots of outlets (all grounded)! Molly was responsive and helpful. Would shoot here again for sure.

Everything about this space was as expected, Molly was super friendly and able to answer questions I had before the booking without hesitation! - In terms of the space itself?! I was able to do multiple, multiple, multiple camera setups for a photo shoot, and play it off like they were all completely different shoots altogether (this space is crazy versatile). And there was still more I could have done, but time became a factor. Would definitely recommend it, and likely will be going back :)
