Fred's space was perfect for my event for about 100 people. Fred is a very professional, helpful and accommodating host. He helped me with extra tables, chairs and even with set-up advice. The space was beautiful, I am a very timely working person and I was a little irritated that the cleaning crew entered 7 minutes prior to our scheduled time being over, walking in on people changing as we were wrapping up our shoot. We literally walked out the door on time, so the cleaning crew was cleaning up in the space on time we were paying for. Other than that it was really great, and I would most likely book the space again.

Molly's Loft is a great location for shoots, huge North facing window for natural light, many different walls and angles provides great variety for a single space, the place also has a great makeup space upstairs, lots of electric plugs, amazing space. The communication was great and it really was an smooth booking. Sure I'll book it again.

Tonino is a welcoming host who has treated our team to a complimentary pre-shoot session of equipment handling, light set ups, using the studio to its max and understanding the options available to us. The studio it self was spacious, modern, included a variety of backgrounds for shots, had a makeup chair, changing room, props to use and had furniture set up all over for easy comfort. Over all it was a perfect deal to get our shoot done and a perfect host to have it executed to our standards, thank you Tonino for all you do!
