Paul was very accommodating, and the property was everything we had hoped for. We didn't have time to recce the location before the shoot, but the pictures are very accurate and it was just as we had imagined it would be. We had lights with us, but there was plenty of natural light, so we ended up not using them. It's the perfect filming location if you're looking for a beautiful, homely property with personality, I would highly recommend.
