Excellent studio facility, used as an office space. Emmanuel was extremely helpful in making sure would could scout it out, (twice), made sure we had desired furniture in the space, and responded immediately to save the day when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the the space.

We were in the blue room in a suite that had 2/3 other rooms. Bathroom was across the hallway and our room opened to the back which had some space to take a break. We used as a rehearsal space for a short film with six people total (which was comfortable). It was clean and we were provided enough chairs. AC was on the whole time (4 hours) which kept the room nice and cool. Shane was very communicative and available for anything we needed. Parking on the street is all day if you avoid street cleaning (Monday on one side and Friday on the other, if I remember correctly). Would use again in the future!

Great space with plenty of room to spread out. Load in and check out was easy to follow, would definitely rent again for project needing that massive cyc wall look.

This space was so wonderful and easy to work in. Oktay was so gracious and the doctor's office set was definitely worth it. The space also has easy parking and comes with a grip package so it was one of the least stressful on-location set experiences I ever had. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Our stage manager was so sweet! I believe his name was Nick. We only used the hospital set and it was a great space, especially when you're on a budget. We will definitely utilize these sets again for future projects!
